You wanted some comments on what we think about the 5+ random turn system. I've gotten a dozen or so games in with my Imperial Guard and I really like it. It can be rough for Guard because I can claim an objective but a unit of Guardsmen is very easy to push off of an objective with hand to hand. The randomness forces me to make my move possibly one or two turns early and I have to make sure I'm set up to hold on. This works to my advantage as well though since many faster armies have a lot of units that can jump in and try to contest objectives or claim them late in the game. If the game doesn't end right then I get to take shots at those annoying Wave Serpents or Jet Bikes or Land Speeders. This can save me the game since I couldn't get at these things before then. Hope I kept this short enough.
